This show features a collection of paintings I’ve done over the last few years as well as many new canvases. You’ll see the path of a slow departure I’m taking from portrait and figurative painting to urban, sometimes gritty, sometimes almost sublime, cityscapes and landscapes. Drawing inspiration from everyday life and not trying to dress it up or clean it up but trying to capture the look and feeling that single moment in time and that single place in space can have.
