To the Edge of Your Teeth – Pop-up Exhibition
Featuring Raven Rohrig & Mandy Yocom: July 18 – 26, 2025

Bitfactory Gallery presents To the Edge of Your Teeth, a dual exhibition of drawings and paintings by Raven Rohrig and Mandy Yocom. The show is a captivating documentation of love and loss in which they each explore the grit it takes to gnash their way through the tremulous journey of relationship while maintaining and growing a sense of self. The public is invited to an Opening Reception on July 18, 6-9 p.m. and to view the show during regular gallery hours during its short run from July 18 – 26, 2025.

Rohrig (they/them) is a contemporary artist and member of the Denver Metro LGBTQ+ community whose primary art forms are figurative/surrealistic illustrations in ink and mixed media. Their works explore sexuality and identity, and center body-inclusive, gender-inclusive, pleasure-positive, and kink-positive subject-matter. This show will feature 10 drawings on paper, bringing together their process as shown through storyboards along with the final drawings that are created simultaneously. Shown side-by-side, these illustrations bring the viewer into the personal meaning behind each of their pieces as they process and explore their experiences and how to find themselves amongst the feelings of love, intimacy and loss. Based in Denver, Colorado, Rohrig exhibits in galleries and sells merchandise in small local businesses around the Denver Metro Area.

Yocom (she/her) is an acrylic painter working in abstract expressionism. Native to Denver, she began painting in 2014, eventually showing and selling her work online. She has been a participant at the prestigious Cherry Creek Arts Festival for the last five years and is excited to exhibit work in this, her first gallery show! She will present 10 works, large and small, each containing her own journey of love. With layers of hope and joy as well as heartbreak and sadness, each layer comes with transformation, growth, and strength. Within these finished paintings, all the twists and turns that once created a mystery, have now come together to rest in a place of bold, brave authenticity and self-love.

Bitfactory Gallery is located at 851 Santa Fe Drive in the heart of Denver’s Art District on Santa Fe. The building also houses Bitfactory Studios with the vision of providing a helpful, friendly working atmosphere for artists and Block Gallery, a pop-up gallery space available to rent in one-, three-, or seven-day blocks.
